These terms govern the services provided by Rightway for Clearance & Assistance Services ("Rightway", "we", "us"), a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain with its office at Building 0935, Road 8119, Block 381, Nabih Saleh, Manama. By booking a service with us — by phone, WhatsApp, email or in person — you agree to these terms.
We provide:
We act as your agent for administrative and logistical tasks only. We are not lawyers, immigration consultants, customs brokers or financial intermediaries, and nothing we say is legal or financial advice. We do not provide money transfer, remittance, currency exchange or any other financial service. Where we pay a government fee at a counter for you, we are settling a charge on your instruction and recovering it on the invoice — nothing more.
A booking is confirmed when we accept it and give you a confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. Quoted times for drivers and for government transactions are estimates. Processing times at government offices are outside our control and we cannot guarantee an outcome or a date.
We may refuse or stop a job that would breach this section, and charges already incurred remain payable.
Fees are quoted before the job begins. Government fees, stamp duties and third-party charges are passed on at cost and added to your invoice. Account customers are invoiced monthly and payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. We may suspend service on an overdue account until it is settled.
You may cancel a booking at no charge before a driver has been dispatched or a transaction has been lodged. After that, we may charge for the work already carried out and for any government fee already paid, which is generally non-refundable.
We handle documents with reasonable care and return or deliver them as instructed. You should keep your own copy of anything you give us. We are not responsible for delay, rejection or loss caused by documents that were incomplete, expired or incorrect when handed to us, or by a decision of the receiving office.
We are liable only for direct loss caused by our own negligence, and our total liability for any single booking is limited to the fee charged for that booking, excluding government fees paid on your behalf. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost business, missed appointments or missed flights. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Bahraini law.

By giving us your number and consenting, you agree we may send you service messages about your bookings and account, and occasional announcements about our services. You can stop these at any time by replying STOP, calling the office, or emailing info@right-way.site. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. The current version is published at right-way.site/terms with the date of the last change shown at the top. The version in force when you book is the one that applies.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the courts of Bahrain have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
