This policy explains how Rightway for Clearance & Assistance Services ("Rightway", "we", "us"), a commercial establishment registered in the Kingdom of Bahrain with its office at Building 0935, Road 8119, Block 381, Nabih Saleh, Manama, collects and handles information about the people who use our services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact details — your name, mobile number, WhatsApp number and email address.
• Service details — pickup and drop-off addresses, booking times, the type of transaction or errand requested, and any reference numbers relating to it.
• Documents you give us — copies or originals of forms and papers you ask us to submit, collect or deliver on your behalf.
• Messages — the content of WhatsApp chats, SMS, calls and emails between you and our office, including photographs of documents you send us.
• Billing records — invoices, amounts charged and payment status for account customers.

We do not collect payment card numbers or bank account details through this website.

2. Why we use it

• To carry out the service you asked for and to keep you updated while it is in progress.
• To dispatch a driver and give them the address and contact details needed to reach you.
• To submit, collect or deliver documents to the relevant office on your instruction.
• To issue invoices and maintain accounting records.
• To answer questions, resolve complaints and investigate incidents.
• To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Our legal basis is the performance of the service you requested, our legitimate interest in running and securing the business, compliance with the law, and — for optional service and announcement messages — your consent.

3. WhatsApp messages

We communicate with customers on WhatsApp using the number +973 3991 7173. WhatsApp is operated by Meta Platforms, and messages you send us pass through and are stored on Meta's systems under WhatsApp's own privacy policy, in addition to being kept in our records.

We send outbound WhatsApp messages only to people who have given us permission — by messaging us and confirming it in the chat, by ticking the WhatsApp consent box on a booking or corporate account form, or by telling our office. Those messages are limited to booking confirmations, driver and arrival updates, document and transaction status, invoices and account notices, and occasional announcements about our services.

You can withdraw permission at any time. Reply STOP in the WhatsApp chat, tell our office by phone, or email info@right-way.site. We stop sending on the same working day. Withdrawing permission does not stop us replying to a message you send us, and does not affect a booking already in progress.

Please do not send us more personal information than a job requires, and avoid sending sensitive documents that are not related to the service you have asked for.

4. Who we share it with

We share information only where it is needed to deliver the service:

• Our drivers — the pickup point, destination, your first name and the contact number needed to complete the trip or delivery.
• Government offices and counters — the documents and details required to complete the transaction you authorised.
• Service providers — the telecommunications, messaging and IT providers that carry our calls, messages and records, including Meta Platforms for WhatsApp.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose information by Bahraini law or a lawful order.

We do not sell personal information, rent contact lists, or share your number with advertisers.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and message records are kept while your relationship with us is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle queries and disputes. Invoices and accounting records are kept for the period required by Bahraini tax and commercial law. Original documents entrusted to us are returned or delivered as instructed and are not retained.

6. Security

Access to customer records is limited to the owner and staff who need it for their work. Devices used for our WhatsApp Business account are password-protected, and drivers are given only the details required for their assigned job. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

• Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete information we no longer need to keep.
• Withdraw consent for WhatsApp service messages, as described in section 3.
• Complain about how we have handled your information.

8. Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information about children except where a parent or guardian gives it to us in order to arrange transport for their child.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always published at right-way.site/privacy with the date of the last change shown at the top.
